I miss the crowds. The rise and fall, the rolling of energy along their backs from their hands and feet of the loud. I miss the crowds.
I miss the quiet couched in their careful exhales. When there's a moment onstage that can’t be laughed at or cheered.
The understood receiving for further instruction, joined softening of strangers' hearts. I perform, but I also tell stories with my camera and words.
Last week, I had the privilege of watching a small, much-anticipated, but socially distanced performance of "Once Upon a Dream" by Dayspring Academy and their ensemble cast.
